Yin Jun Mei is the second grade in the legendary Jun Mei lineage, crafted to the “one bud, one leaf” standard. The tea, from wild-growing bushes of the Tongmu Nature Reserve, offers a harmonious taste with honeyed, fruity and floral notes, a slightly denser structure than the pure-bud Jin Jun Mei, and is rightfully considered the “golden mean” between sophistication and affordability.

The leaf, brewed

The aroma unfolds with honeyed orchid nuances and notes of longan and dried fruits; the taste is smooth, enveloping, with a light pleasant astringency and a long sweet "aftertaste return" that leaves a sensation of coolness.
