Xi Hu Long Jing (West Lake Dragon Well) is the most famous Chinese green tea, topping the list of ‘China’s Ten Famous Teas’. It is produced exclusively by hand in the vicinity of Hangzhou’s West Lake from select buds and one to two leaves. It has a characteristic flat shape, a delicate bean-floral aroma, and a deep flavor with a bright umami note.
