Liu An Gua Pian is a famous Chinese green tea from Lu’an County (Anhui Province), the only one in the world produced exclusively from mature leaf plates without buds and stalks. Thanks to the unique ‘triple true fire’ technology and separate roasting by maturity, the tea acquires a rich but soft taste with a bright chestnut aroma and sweet aftertaste. Since 2008, recognized as an intangible cultural heritage of the PRC and one of the ten famous teas of China.
