Gong Mei is the third-grade white tea from Fujian Province, made from the local Caicha variety with one bud and two to three leaves. Its flavor is rich, sweetish, with floral and honey notes; when aged, it develops undertones of dried fruits and spices. Thanks to its affordability and long-term storage potential, Gong Mei is considered an ideal daily white tea.
