Cha Gao is an artisanal tea paste or extract obtained by prolonged simmering of tea raw material, most commonly pu-erh. A product with over a thousand years of history, valued as currency in trade with Tibet and as an imperial delicacy. Today, it is a premium tea concentrate with a deep, woody-earthy taste that is easy to brew and convenient for travel.
