Bai Jian (白尖) is a Yunnan white tea made from large buds of the Jinggu Da Bai Cha cultivar. Thanks to gentle withering and drying without fixation, the tea retains maximum natural sweetness, a honey-floral aroma, and yields a dense golden infusion. It differs from Fujian ‘Silver Needles’ by its stronger flavor, fuller body, and excellent aging potential.

Single-origin tea in a 100 g tin. Read the full article in the encyclopedia.
